Getting started
How do I log in?
Use your email and password, or sign in with Google or Microsoft. See Logging In.
What is the Home Screen?
The central place to describe a task or pick an Assistant. See Home Screen.
Credits and usage
Where do I see my credits?
The footer shows remaining credits. Admins can view usage in Administration → Usage and Credits. See Usage and Credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Usage may be limited until credits are renewed. Check with your admin or Usage and Credits.
Assistants vs automations
What’s the difference between an Assistant and an automation?
Assistants are conversational: you chat with them, they use your Knowledge Base and can run automations. Automations are multi-step workflows that run on a trigger (manual, schedule, or event). Assistants can invoke automations; automations run without a chat. See Assistants and Automations.
Knowledge Base
How do I add content for the AI to use?
In Knowledge Base, use Add to upload files, add URLs to scrape, add RSS feeds, YouTube videos, or connect cloud storage. See Knowledge Base and Adding Content.
Why is my data source stuck on “Processing” or “Failed”?
Processing can take a few minutes for large files. If it stays in Processing or shows Failed, check file format and size limits, or re-add the source. See Adding Content for supported types and troubleshooting.
Running automations
How do I run an automation?
Open the automation, go to the Run tab, fill any inputs, and click Run. For scheduled or trigger-based runs, ensure the trigger is configured and (for schedules) enabled. See Running Automations.
How do I see past runs?
Open the automation and use the History tab to filter and view past runs. See Running Automations.
Integrations
Why does my integration show “Disconnected”?
Tokens can expire or be revoked. Go to Integrations, find the service, and click Connect (or Reconnect) to re-authorize. See Connecting Services.
Can I use Gmail and Slack in the same automation?
Yes. In the Build tab, add steps that use Gmail and Slack; both integrations must be connected at the company level. See Integrations, Triggers, and Actions.
