Settings
Configure company-wide and per-user settings. Company Settings improve AI quality across the org; User Settings control personal preferences—especially for email output.
User Settings (Everyone)
- Email client — Gmail / Outlook / None. Affects which email integrations are used and whether “Create Email Draft” works.
- Tone of voice — How you write (professional, concise, friendly, technical).
- Sample emails — Paste examples so Decoder can match your style.
- Signature — Default signature appended to AI-generated emails when appropriate.
Company Settings (Admin Only)
- Company description — What your company does
- Customer / target customers — Who your customers are
- Key services — Main offerings
- Brand voice — Tone and style for AI content
- Block list — Terms/topics to avoid
- Definitions — Internal acronyms and product terms so AI uses consistent terminology
Who Can Edit
- Company Settings – Admin role
- User Settings – Any user (their own settings only)
Accessing Settings
Use the Settings item in the main navigation. You may see tabs or cards for Company Settings and User Settings. Click a card or tab to view and edit.
