Company Settings

Company Settings provide context to AI so it can give more relevant, on-brand answers. This information is used when generating Assistants, creating content, and answering questions. Configure these fields to improve AI quality across the platform.

Key Fields

  • Company Description – What your company does; used as baseline context for AI
  • Customer Description – Who your customers are
  • Target Customers – Ideal customer profile; helps AI tailor responses
  • Key Services – Main offerings; helps AI stay focused on your products/services
  • Brand Voice – Tone and style for AI-generated content (e.g., professional, casual, technical)
  • Block List – Terms or topics to avoid in AI output

Fill these in with clear, concise text. The more accurate the context, the better the AI responses.

Definitions

Add custom definitions – terms and their explanations – so AI uses consistent terminology. For example, define internal product names, acronyms, or domain-specific terms. AI will use these definitions when generating content and answering questions.

Editing

  • Click a field to edit
  • Changes may save automatically or when you click Save or Update
  • Validation may apply to some fields

Who Can Edit

Only users with Admin role can edit Company Settings.
